Conditions we treat

Below are the problems we see most often. If yours is not listed, call us — our physiotherapists will tell you honestly whether we are the right clinic for you or who to see instead.

Low-back pain and sciatica

Most back pain is not caused by serious damage and improves with the right mix of reassurance, movement and progressive exercise. We identify what aggravates your pain, calm it down and rebuild your tolerance to sitting, lifting and activity. We also screen for the rare signs that need medical attention.

Neck pain, stiffness and headaches

Neck pain linked to posture, stress, sleep or whiplash often responds well to manual therapy combined with specific exercises. Tension-type and neck-related (cervicogenic) headaches can also be assessed and treated.

Shoulder pain

Rotator cuff tendinopathy, impingement-type pain, frozen shoulder, dislocations and post-surgical shoulders all require a specific loading program. We work to restore motion and strength so you can reach, lift and sleep comfortably again.

Knee pain and injuries

Patellofemoral pain, meniscus and ligament injuries, knee osteoarthritis and rehabilitation after ACL reconstruction or knee replacement. Strength and graded activity are the foundation of treatment.

Hip pain

Hip osteoarthritis, gluteal tendinopathy, groin strains and recovery after hip replacement. We focus on walking, stairs and the activities that matter to you.

Ankle and foot problems

Ankle sprains, Achilles tendinopathy and plantar heel pain (plantar fasciitis) are common and very treatable with a structured plan that protects, then progressively loads the tissue.

Elbow, wrist and hand

Tennis and golfer's elbow, wrist sprains and recovery after a fracture. Treatment combines load management, exercise and advice for work and sport.

Rehabilitation after surgery or a fracture

Joint replacement, ligament reconstruction, arthroscopy, rotator cuff repair and fractures. We follow your surgeon's protocol and keep them informed.

Balance, mobility and strength for older adults

Falls, fear of falling, loss of strength and stiffness can improve at any age with the right exercise. We adapt the program to your health and your home.

Muscle tension and posture-related pain

Desk work and stress often show up as tension in the neck, shoulders and back. Your physiotherapist finds what drives it and treats it with manual therapy, exercise and simple ergonomic changes; massage or acupuncture can be added to ease symptoms.
