Do I need a doctor's referral to book?
No. In Quebec you can see a physiotherapist without a referral, and the same applies to our complementary services. Some insurers require a prescription for reimbursement, and CNESST and SAAQ files have their own requirements.
Which clinic should I choose?
Both clinics offer the same services and hours (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.). Choose the one closest to your home or work: Côte Saint-Luc/NDG on Cavendish Boulevard or Ville Mont-Royal on Côte-de-Liesse Road.
Do you offer direct billing?
Yes, with participating private insurers, and treatment covered by an accepted CNESST or SAAQ file is billed directly to the organization. You receive a receipt after every visit.
Do you treat in English and French?
Yes. Care, documents and communication are available in English and French.
Are you open on weekends?
Our clinics are open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Requests sent on the weekend are answered on the next business day.
What should I bring to my first appointment?
Photo ID, your insurance information, any medical reports, imaging results or surgeon's instructions, your CNESST or SAAQ claim number if applicable, and comfortable clothing.
